USE OF YOUR IMAGE: You agree that from time to time The Burlesque Studio may take videos/photos to use for promotional purposes which you may be featured in.
 

PERSONAL PROPERTY: The Burlesque Studio is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.
 

MEDICAL CONDITIONS: It is your responsibility to advise us of any changes to your health status that may alter your ability to participate in class. You are advised to not attend if suffering from any infections or contagious illness or disease. You must notify us of any pre-existing medical condition or injury. We are not trained medical professionals. Before you undertake any classes, you should consult your doctor. If you believe there is any risk to your health from doing any of our classes, you must notify us immediately.
 

LIABILITY: You understand that during any session provided by us, there is a possibility you may suffer an injury or illness as a result of participation in the agreed program. You release us from any and all liability now or in the future, including but not limited to medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, that may occur as a result of the correct and proper delivery of services under this agreement.

ARRIVAL TIME: We ask you that you have arrived and checked in at least 5 minutes before your class time.

CLASS SCHEDULE: The schedule is subject to change or cancellation. You will receive an email if your booked class is cancelled or a class date has been moved (for example, your class has been cancelled and we add a session at the end of your eight weeks in compensation). The Burlesque Studio is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes you don't attend.

PAYMENTS: It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available when booking your class. We do not accept cash payments or the option of paying after your course has commenced/completed.

 

REFUNDS: No refunds are provided for any classes that you decide to not attend. This includes changing your mind on an entire term within seven days of the first day of that term. If you wish to move to another class or another term, this will be determined on a case by case basis.

AGE: You must be 18+ to attend any class at The Burlesque Studio. Sorry, unfortunately children are unable to attend classes with you and this includes in the waiting area. Nobody other than enrolled students can be at classes.
